In the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) repairs and inspections of delivered products and devices are handled.

For effective RMA processing, you will need an RMA number, which you can request by e-mail at rma.north@seco.com.

Ideally, you should provide us with the following information when requesting the RMA number:

  • Product name plus serial number, if applicable
  • Description of the defect

Our RMA team will then assign you an RMA number and provide you with further information about the RMA.
