We see ourselves as a supplier who maps as many production steps as possible in our own company. Unlike many other competitors, we have therefore decided to bundle the majority of manufacturing in our production sites in Italy, Germany and China. This decision allowed us to expand our competencies in system integration and IoT while retaining direct control over the final product. We can therefore guarantee adherence to deadlines, efficient resolution of problem points and high quality.

Our supply chain management, which is tailored to today's needs, has a positive impact on the entire value chain and enables us to offer highly competitive pricing.

The new headquarters in Arezzo, inaugurated in March 2019, covers approximately 9000 m², meeting the highest standards in terms of innovation and energy efficiency. Precise backup and risk analysis plans (disaster recovery plans) create the conditions to ensure continuity of production and services in all circumstances.

The production site in Hamburg was ceremoniously inaugurated at the beginning of 2020 and houses production, development, administration, sales and marketing on approx. 8000 m². The building was planned with the future in mind so that expansions in production and personnel are possible without any problems.

Just like in Hamburg, the competencies from development and production are concentrated in one building in Wuppertal. Short distances between the individual departments lead to rapid implementation of prototypes, pre-series products and small series.

To guarantee faster delivery times, we have driven investment in production processes based on lean production and make-to-stock principles. SECO can handle orders according to the needs of customers using a variety of processes: from the usual purchase-to-order, make-to-order, assemble-to-order and make-to-stock models, to customized arrangements that meet every need.

SECO bundles all services and processes for the production of boards and electronic systems for a wide range of industrial sectors. This approach allows us to constantly develop our expertise and specific skills for the relevant industries. Another advantage is the comprehensive control of critical processes, which ensures a fast and effective response to any problems that may arise. The expansion of technological infrastructures also contributes to the company's growth.

In our production facilities, we have machines for SMT and THT PCB assembly and stations for washing, conformal coating, depaneling and BGA rework.

SECO products are certified according to many common standards if they are stand-alone devices. In other cases, the components are designed to be certifiable according to common standards and we support our customers in carrying out these certifications.
