Step inside: explore SECO's product world in the virtual showroom!

Premiere in the embedded industry: SECO is taking the next step and, as a pioneer, is now presenting its product diversity in its own virtual showroom.

This gives customers and interested visitors the opportunity to get to know the SECO portfolio in a new way:

  • Human Machine Interfaces,
  • Single Board Computers,
  • Computers on Modules,
  • fanless embedded computers
  • the KarL4 payment system
  • the IoT-AI platform CLEA

For the implementation, the SECO team drew on the positive experiences from the physical showroom at the company's headquarters in Hamburg as well as the company's own exhibition booths at the most important trade fairs worldwide. The result is a showroom consisting of eight walls on which the current technological highlights of the individual product groups are presented.

The showroom offers a comprehensive insight into the SECO product portfolio: Which form factors are offered for COMs? Which HMI installation variants are available or in which scenarios is it possible to integrate the IoT-AI platform CLEA?

A visit is not only intended for interested parties and new customers. Existing customers should also pay a visit to the showroom! Because this is the way to get a quick overview of the latest product releases.

And now comes a very special feature: in addition to exploring the product world on their own, visitors can also request guided product presentations by experts at SECO! This way, interests and needs can be specifically addressed, questions can be answered on the spot or an appointment can be made for a more intensive exchange.

"With our virtual showroom, we want to transfer the experience of our showroom in Hamburg into the digital world. Our aspiration in the conception phase was to offer every interested party a "playful" alternative of exploration in addition to the presentation of our innovative product portfolio on a classic website. Our guiding principle was the gamification of the digital customer visit. It was also very important to us to enable a component of personal exchange with our experts directly in the system," explains Steven Kluge, Director Marketing of SECO Northern Europe.
